The Supply Chain Planning Observatory was launched in 2023 with the goal of developing analyses and research to help Italian organizations understand the challenges and opportunities of advanced Supply Chain Planning. It aims to educate companies that produce goods and services on the state of the art in Supply Chain Planning in terms of Technologies and Data, Processes and Practices, Organization and Skills.
In line with its strategic vision and longstanding interest in the initiatives of the Politecnico di Milano, aBCD Consulting has chosen to support the Observatory by becoming a sponsor for the year 2024/2025.
Through the exchange of experiences and knowledge, we aim to help spread the culture of integrated and collaborative planning, and to refine the methodologies used to tackle this critical and cross-functional process.
