The two publications gather the results of the work carried out by a task force representing the leading brands and major retailers in the FMCG sector, as well as the logistics operators active in the industry. This large group of managers, led by aBCD Consulting, spent about 18 months analyzing and thoroughly exploring the topic of improving this process, which might seem trivial but is actually extremely critical, along with the technological tools supporting it.
The first publication examines the immediate corrective actions that can be applied to make the process more efficient and balanced, while the second offers a forward-looking perspective on the great opportunities that technology can enable across the entire supply chain.
